What a day

Whew!  What a day!

It started this morning with a blockage on the 520 bridge.  This made took a lot of time away this morning.  I recently started a new job, and got a new computer as part of the job.  It has a defective video card, so troubleshooting that, taking it to the store, etc.. took another batch of time and energy.  I found a few software packages I use or need to learn which are not compatible with Snow leopard, and I’m trying to figure out solutions.  Since I’m an early adopter, I’ve found a handful of issues.  The one that surprised me a little was XCode 3.1 — It looks like it’s going to work until you compile something, then the compile never finishes…  Usually, that’s what issues with SL look like — the application will just spin forever…  I then went to lunch, which made me feel sick…  Man, what a day!

I’m thinking of giving myself a pass on running today.  Simply because I still feel sick from lunch…  But then again, I don’t want to get into the habit of giving myself a pass. Hmmm….

Well, even if I give myself a pass today, I did so much physical work, that I think I got the same work-out.  So, yeah, I’ll give myself a pass today…  Or not.. Let’s see how I feel at 5, when they kick me out of the UW library…

Into the wild ether( or wifi or whatnot.. ),

Imran
